By using the Wakley Drone website or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Wakley Drone provides aerial photography, videography, and inspection services in Southeast Idaho and Northern Utah. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and FAA airspace regulations.

Quotes and Pricing

• Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding contracts.
• Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
• Prices are subject to change based on project scope, travel distance, and conditions discovered on-site.

Payments

• Payment is due upon delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via the links provided in your client portal.
• Late payments may delay delivery of additional projects.

Deliverables and Turnaround

• Standard turnaround times are listed on our pricing page and confirmed at booking.
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
• Files are delivered digitally through your client portal.

Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered photos and videos for their intended commercial or personal purposes. Wakley Drone retains the right to use the same content in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations due to weather are rescheduled at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

Wakley Drone is not liable for delays caused by weather, airspace restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
